Eric Glenn - Protector
Principal
Eric Glenn’s career began where few IT professionals start — on the front lines as a U.S. Marine. His 8 years of service taught him about responsibility, attention to detail, and protecting what matters most.
When he transitioned into cybersecurity roles for the Department of Defense and other government agencies, Eric carried those same values into his work, guarding critical systems against ever-evolving threats.
Eric’s deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, and risk management is backed by prestigious certifications (CISSP, CCSP), but what truly defines him is his quiet confidence and ability to bring calm to even the most complex security challenges. For Eric, protecting people — not just data — is at the heart of every project.
Outside the office, Eric balances his technical side with creativity. He’s an artist, musician, software tinkerer, and, when time allows, an enthusiastic golfer.
Joseph Schumert - Problem Solver
Principal
At just 16, Joseph Schumert and his brother launched their first computer business. It didn’t take long for Joseph to discover that not everyone in the industry played fair.
That hard-learned lesson planted the seed for what would become Joseph’s lifelong approach: treat every client like a partner, not a paycheck. With more than 20 years of experience and a degree in I.T. Business Management, Joseph specializes in helping businesses make sense of technology.
He’s built a reputation for turning chaos into clarity, all while keeping people — not systems — at the center of the process. Joseph believes I.T. should make life easier, not harder, and that relationships matter just as much as results.
When he’s not finding the simplest path through a technical problem, Joe is probably playing music, practicing martial arts, hiking with family, or sharing a good meal with friends.
Robin Evans - Our Trail Guide

For Robin Evans, technology has always been personal. Growing up, he watched his father — one of San Diego’s earliest network engineers — solve problems that most people didn’t even know existed yet.
That early exposure sparked a passion Robin couldn’t shake. Robin’s unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen helps clients navigate the tricky crossroads where technology and growth meet.
With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Information Security, and a Doctorate in Cybersecurity on the horizon, Robin is passionate about showing organizations that security doesn’t have to slow you down — it can be the foundation of your success.
Beyond technology, Robin is an explorer at heart. Whether he’s off-roading, hiking the backcountry, or championing environmental causes, Robin understands that every great journey — digital or otherwise — needs a good map and a trusted guide.
